About the job
Build and scale backend identity services for global user onboarding, identity verification, risk management, and trading-account management.
What you'll do
- Design and implement reliable backend services and scalable architecture for identity verification and risk management.
- Own technical tasks, contribute to architectural decisions, and collaborate with other teams to improve system interactions.
- Maintain software quality and test coverage; participate in code reviews and troubleshoot incidents and bugs.

- Proven experience building and maintaining microservices; experience with domain-driven and event-driven design.
- Strong coding skills, preferably in Go, and ability to write clean, well-tested, maintainable code.
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration, especially Kubernetes; cloud-platform experience, preferably Google Cloud Platform; and relational-database experience, preferably PostgreSQL.
Nice to have
- Experience in finance or financial identity management such as KYC.

Pay
USD $500 (one-time home-office setup); USD $150 per month (monthly stipend)
