Provides legal and strategic advice on global employment matters and supports AlphaSense’s employment-related policies, disputes, agreements, and use of AI in workplace processes.
What you'll do
- Advise on global employment matters, including employee relations, compliance, benefits, immigration, recruiting, and compensation.
- Assist with employment disputes, complaints, litigation, and investigations; draft, negotiate, and review employment agreements.
- Advise on AI use in employment processes and partner with the People team on policies and legal-function playbooks.

Pay
