Reviews expert-call transcripts and related information to identify sensitive or nonpublic material, support compliance, and protect clients.
What you'll do
- Review expert-call transcripts to detect and resolve material nonpublic or confidential information, documenting violations and escalating noncompliance.
- Research financial reports and regulatory filings to determine whether information is publicly available.
- Manage communications and maintain accurate workflow data, while identifying operational improvements.
