What you'll do
- Lead, hire, and develop a team of 2–4 Desktop System Software Engineers; establish the team’s operating model, standards, and processes.
- Oversee desktop application testing, diagnostics, issue triage, and collaboration with product engineering.
- Guide macOS and Windows endpoint management, MDM workflows, automation, and coordination with Security.
