Principal Cloud DX Software Engineer (CI/CD)

What you'll do

• Own CI/CD and configuration management architecture, and improve pipeline reliability, speed, and predictability.
• Define progressive delivery standards and build self-service paths for product teams to deploy across environments.
• Set technical direction, mentor engineers, and embed AI tooling into delivery workflows.

What they ask for

• Platform Engineering experience focused on CI/CD at companies with 250+ engineers.
• Experience owning and operating a CI/CD platform at admin and architecture level, including security, configuration, and enablement.
• Fluency in GitOps and declarative configuration at scale; proven ability to design and operate large-scale delivery systems.
• Hands-on production-quality software development experience and experience with cloud-native architectures and Kubernetes-based platforms.

Nice to have

• Experience standing up new production regions or isolated deployments end-to-end.
• Background in both product software engineering and platform engineering; working knowledge of RBAC, OAuth, and compliance (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR).

$246,000 — $339,000 USD (base salary)
