What you'll do
- Lead projects and process initiatives to improve Directed Content operations, working with stakeholders across the organization.
- Apply healthcare expertise to review transcripts, provide product QA input, and develop content streams for the AI-led interviewer.
- Gather customer feedback and partner with teams to improve content quality, coverage, and AI-enabled workflows.
