Own the technical relationship with enterprise clients adopting AlphaSense’s Enterprise Suite, guiding them from discovery and evaluation through implementation, launch, and ongoing growth.
What you'll do
- Lead technical discovery, proofs of concept, and trials, and partner with Sales to advance evaluations.
- Guide clients from contract to production, including API authentication, cloud deployment, and SSO and SCIM configuration.
- Manage technical escalations and account adoption, and build tools that support client requests.
