Leads the drivetrain test engineering organization and team, validating electromechanical systems for light electric vehicle platforms from concept through production.
What you'll do
- Build, lead, and develop a team responsible for drivetrain validation and laboratory operations.
- Define and execute validation strategies, including DVP&R, test specifications, schedules, and End-of-Line production tests.
- Develop test infrastructure and standards; lead cross-functional validation, root-cause investigations, and corrective actions.
