What you'll do
- Define validation technical vision and lead end-to-end planning, metrics, and release-readiness reporting.
- Build and maintain SIL/HIL infrastructure, automated test frameworks, and CI/CD validation workflows.
- Lead complex root-cause analysis and mentor engineers in validation, debugging, and test practices.
