What you'll do
- Map customer workflows, data, systems, and readiness to prioritize valuable and feasible AI use cases.
- Design and prototype end-to-end agentic AI workflows, including prompts, evaluation criteria, requirements, and acceptance criteria; guide engineers through delivery and launch.
- Define engagement success measures, drive adoption and expansion, and share reusable solution patterns and customer insights with internal teams.
