Owns the design, development, validation, and production release of vehicle wiper and washer systems across global automotive programs.
What you'll do
- Lead subsystem engineering from concept through production, including packaging and release.
- Coordinate with vehicle teams and suppliers; manage supplier progress and first-piece sign-offs.
- Develop and execute validation and quality plans, manage engineering changes, and support vehicle launches and continuous improvement.
