About the job
Coordinates launch readiness and issue resolution for vehicle exterior components, working across engineering, manufacturing, suppliers, quality, and plant teams from pre-production builds through production ramp-up.
What you'll do
- Track launch issues, milestones, risks, owners, and closure dates; communicate status to stakeholders.
- Lead problem-solving and support vehicle builds, plant trials, launch reviews, containment, and escalations.
- Review launch-readiness and quality deliverables, verify corrective actions, and coordinate supplier and plant support.
