Designs and matures automotive exterior trim components, translating styling and engineering intent into manufacturable product definitions.
What you'll do
- Develop exterior trim models and surfaces from concept through detailed design, including A-surfaces and engineering surfaces.
- Define geometry, interfaces, attachments, locating schemes, datums, GD&T, and tolerance stack-ups.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support DFM, design reviews, prototypes, tooling, inspections, and engineering changes.
