Owns the engineering development and release of automotive exterior trim components from concept through production launch, coordinating design, suppliers, testing, quality, and vehicle integration.
What you'll do
- Develop and release exterior trim components, including A-surface parts, through production launch.
- Coordinate design reviews, suppliers, tooling, testing, validation, and resolution of engineering issues.
- Prepare engineering release deliverables, manage DFMEAs and design risks, and support builds and launch.
