Leads software development, validation, and hardware bring-up for RTOS-based automotive ECUs across multiple hardware generations.

Develop and maintain software for ECU hardware verification and validation; perform board bring-up, debugging, and issue triage across hardware and software.
Lead and guide engineers, collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers, and support regression testing and build pipelines.
Provide weekly status, risk, and decision documentation to program leadership.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
8+ years of embedded software experience on microcontrollers such as Infineon, NXP, or ARM.
Experience bringing up or configuring at least one RTOS-based platform; solid understanding of FreeRTOS or SafeRTOS fundamentals.
C/C++ for bare-metal and RTOS, plus Python or Rust; experience with embedded debug tools, lab equipment, board bring-up, low-level drivers, and automotive diagnostics and flashing.

$140,000 - 160,000 USD base salary
