Supports production excellence by validating manufacturing processes, analyzing cycle times, and implementing data-driven continuous improvements.
What you'll do
- Conduct shop-floor observations, time studies, and root-cause analyses to identify production gaps and inefficiencies.
- Recommend corrective actions and improvements to reduce waste and increase productivity and throughput.
- Maintain manufacturing routing and cycle-time data in SAP or similar ERP systems; collaborate across production, quality, logistics, and planning.
