Supports and improves high-volume manufacturing operations through production troubleshooting, process optimization, quality and safety improvements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
What you'll do
- Troubleshoot production issues and analyze processes, cycle times, downtime, and OEE to improve productivity and reduce waste.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives and collaborate across teams on quality, operational, and manufacturing challenges.
- Maintain work instructions and documentation, and support new product introductions, process validations, and manufacturing changes.
