About the job
Provides advanced SolidWorks CAD design and drafting support across product development, managing engineering documentation, configuration control, and design changes.
What you'll do
- Create and maintain 3D models, assemblies, drawings, BOMs, and technical documentation; administer CAD files and releases in SolidWorks PDM.
- Review designs for accuracy, manufacturability, standards compliance, and configuration integrity; process ECOs and ECRs and support issue resolution.
- Improve CAD standards and workflows, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor junior designers and drafters.

- 7+ years of progressive CAD design and drafting experience in manufacturing, engineering, aerospace, or product development.
- Advanced proficiency in SolidWorks, including part modeling, assemblies, and engineering drawing creation.
