What you'll do
- Manage end-to-end customer invoicing and coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies.
- Monitor receivables, pursue overdue balances, resolve disputes, and support collection and cash-flow goals.
- Reconcile accounts, support month-end close, prepare AR reports, and contribute to billing and ERP process improvements.
