Leads electrical design, development, testing, qualification, and manufacturing support for multidisciplinary engineering projects, while mentoring engineers and supporting departmental and hiring activities.
What you'll do
- Lead electrical design, analysis, testing, prototyping, hardware assembly, and product qualification across projects.
- Create and review manufacturing drawing packages, circuit analysis reports, and robust designs for challenging environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and support departmental growth, hiring, proposals, and concept design.
