Designs, releases, validates, and sustains PCBAs for battery technology, working across engineering teams to meet safety, reliability, and compliance requirements.
What you'll do
- Manage the full PCBA design lifecycle, including requirements, component selection, schematic and layout, vendor DFM, bring-up, verification, and configuration management.
- Develop design documentation, analyses, test plans, and 8D reports; ensure designs meet safety, reliability, and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to test PCBAs, resolve electrical-system issues, and improve released designs.
