About the job
Provides customer-facing account and billing support to U.S. Government and enterprise AWS customers, analyzing issues, educating customers, and coordinating resolutions and service improvements.
What you'll do
- Investigate complex customer account and billing issues and analyze account data and billing statements.
- Educate customers about reporting, alerts, and budgets; provide prompt, detailed support.
- Coordinate issue resolution and improvement projects with AWS teams, support peers, and leadership.
