- Create and lead AI adoption programs, including a 10–15-person Champion network, training, and an AI Center of Excellence.
- Manage the use-case pipeline, partnering with Orbit and technology teams to prioritize and deliver solutions.
- Define and track adoption, usage, time-saved, and ROI metrics; report results to leadership.
