Air Operations Controller, Amazon Air Network Control Center

What you'll do

• Monitor flight activity, weather, package movements, and operational status; identify and escalate issues.
• Coordinate with carriers, ground handlers, and stakeholders to resolve disruptions and execute service recovery plans.
• Manage network and ULD/bag capacity; analyze data and prepare reports for operational and leadership meetings.

What they ask for

• 2+ years of program or project management experience and 1+ years of supply chain experience.
• 3+ years of experience in transportation operations management, logistics management, contingency management, aviation operations management, meteorological forecasting and reporting, and/or Network Control Center operations management.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; qualifying alternatives include 6 years of aviation-related military experience, 2 years of Amazon experience, or specified FAA licenses/certificates plus 5 years of relevant experience.
• Pass required security screening and obtain applicable airport or US Customs security badges; willing to work variable shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Nice to have

• Master's degree or equivalent; experience delivering end-to-end work and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Process improvement, stakeholder management, or Microsoft Office experience.

Pay

USD 64,200.00 - 96,200.00 annually (base salary)
