Oversee operations across multiple Amazon Locker+ locations, leading teams to provide convenient, high-quality customer pickup and return services.
What you'll do
- Lead shift leaders and associates, managing hiring, onboarding, performance, and development.
- Run daily operations, improve processes, monitor metrics, and report results in business reviews.
- Oversee multiple sites, promote a safe customer-focused environment, and guide resolution of escalations.
