What you'll do
- Support, mentor, and motivate 50–100 direct-report Amazon Associates; coach and develop team members.
- Manage shift operations, including staffing, deliveries, package handling, and coordination with support teams.
- Maintain safety, quality, attendance, and performance standards; review results and hand off priorities between shifts.
