Leads and develops hourly warehouse employees while managing shift operations to meet safety, quality, attendance, and performance goals.
What you'll do
- Support, mentor, and motivate 50–100 direct-report Amazon Associates.
- Oversee shift operations, including staffing, deliveries, package handling, and safety, quality, and productivity performance.
- Coach team members, resolve operational issues, and communicate shift status and handoffs.
