Leads and develops a team of hourly employees in an Amazon operations building, overseeing shift safety, quality, productivity, and package-handling operations.
What you'll do
- Support, mentor, and motivate 50–100 direct-report Amazon Associates; coach and develop team members.
- Manage shift operations, including staffing, resources, safety, quality, and productivity, and communicate performance and risks.
- Oversee deliveries and package handling, operate applicable equipment, and complete shift handoffs and administrative tasks.
