About the job
Leads and develops hourly employees in an Amazon operations building, managing shift safety, quality, productivity, and package handling.
What you'll do
- Support, mentor, and motivate 50–100 direct-report Associates; coach and develop team members.
- Manage shift operations, including staffing, safety, quality, productivity, and handoffs.
- Oversee truck deliveries and package handling; operate pallet jacks and, where applicable, PIT equipment.
