About the job
Leads and develops a team of hourly employees in an Amazon operations facility, overseeing shift execution, safety, quality, and productivity.
What you'll do
- Support, mentor, and motivate 50–100 Amazon Associates; coach team members and manage staffing and resources.
- Oversee shift operations, including package handling and sorting, and drive safety, quality, and productivity goals.
- Review performance, resolve issues, and communicate priorities and handoffs to other managers and support teams.
