About the job
Leads and develops a team of hourly warehouse employees while managing shift operations to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals.
What you'll do
- Support, mentor, and motivate 50–100 direct-report Amazon Associates.
- Oversee shift operations, adjusting staffing and resources and addressing issues across safety, quality, and productivity.
- Oversee deliveries and package handling; operate pallet jacks and PIT equipment where applicable.
