About the job
Leads hourly warehouse teams and oversees daily operations to meet safety, quality, attendance, and performance goals.
What you'll do
- Support, mentor, and motivate 50–100 direct-report Amazon Associates.
- Manage shift operations, including staffing, safety, quality, productivity, and handoffs.
- Oversee truck deliveries and package handling; operate PIT equipment where applicable.
