About the job
Leads and develops a team of hourly employees in an Amazon operations building, managing warehouse shifts to meet safety, quality, attendance, and performance goals.
What you'll do
- Support, mentor, and motivate 50–100 direct-report Amazon Associates.
- Manage shift operations, including staffing, safety, quality, productivity, and coordination with support teams.
- Oversee package handling and deliveries, and communicate shift performance, risks, and handoffs.
