About the job
Leads and develops hourly warehouse employees while managing daily operations to meet safety, quality, attendance, and performance goals.
What you'll do
- Support, mentor, and motivate 50–100 direct-report Amazon Associates.
- Manage shift operations, including staffing, safety, quality, productivity, and handoffs.
- Oversee deliveries and package handling; operate PIT equipment at applicable facilities.
