Area Manager, Early Career - (2027) - ND, SD

What you'll do

• Support, mentor, and motivate 50–100 direct-report Amazon Associates; coach and develop team members.
• Oversee shift operations, adjusting staffing and resources while monitoring safety, quality, and productivity.
• Coordinate package handling and deliveries, communicate shift results and risks, and hand off priorities to the next manager.

What they ask for

• Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining, a bachelor’s or master’s degree; all degree requirements must be met before the first day.
• Able to stand and walk during shifts of up to 12 hours; lift up to 49 pounds and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.
• Willing and able to work shift patterns that may include nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
• Work authorization without employer intervention; the posting states visa sponsorship is unavailable now or in the future.

Nice to have

• Strong verbal and written communication skills; excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s program in Supply Chain, Business/Management, Engineering, or a related field.

Pay

70,000.00 USD Annually (starting pay; base salary)
