About the job
Leads and develops hourly warehouse teams while managing shift operations to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals.
What you'll do
- Support, mentor, and motivate 50–100 direct-report Amazon Associates.
- Oversee shift operations, including staffing, package handling, and coordination with support teams.
- Track performance and communicate shift priorities, risks, and handoffs.
