About the job
Leads and develops hourly warehouse teams while overseeing shift operations to meet safety, quality, attendance, and performance goals.
What you'll do
- Support, mentor, and motivate 50–100 direct-report Associates; coach team members and manage staffing as priorities change.
- Oversee warehouse operations, including deliveries, package handling and sorting, and PIT equipment use where applicable.
- Track shift performance, address operational issues, and hand off priorities and open items to the next manager.
