About the job
Leads and develops hourly warehouse teams while overseeing shift operations, safety, quality, productivity, and package flow.
What you'll do
- Support, mentor, and motivate 50–100 direct-report Amazon Associates; coach team members and coordinate staffing and resources.
- Oversee warehouse operations, including deliveries and package handling, and maintain safety, quality, and productivity goals.
- Review shift performance, address operational issues, and hand off priorities and open items to the next manager.
