About the job
Leads an hourly team in an Amazon operations building, managing shift execution and developing associates while maintaining safety, quality, attendance, and performance.
What you'll do
- Support, mentor, and motivate 50–100 direct-report Amazon Associates.
- Manage shift operations, including staffing, safety, quality, productivity, and handoffs.
- Oversee deliveries and package handling, and operate PIT equipment where applicable.
