What you'll do
- Support, mentor, and motivate 50–100 direct-report associates; coach and develop team members.
- Manage shift operations, including staffing, resources, deliveries, package handling, and performance handoffs.
- Maintain safety, quality, attendance, and productivity standards while resolving operational issues.
