Leads hourly operations teams to maintain safety, quality, productivity, and on-time customer deliveries across Amazon’s operations network.
What you'll do
- Support, mentor, and motivate hourly employees while managing safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises.
- Collaborate with support teams including Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources to develop plans for business objectives.
- Work shifts that can involve lifting, standing or walking for up to 12 hours, and variable noise and weather conditions.
