Lead hourly operations teams and manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery commitments across Amazon’s operations network.
What you'll do
- Support, mentor, and motivate hourly employees while managing safety, quality, productivity, and delivery promises.
- Partner with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources to develop plans that meet business objectives.
- Perform physically demanding work, including lifting up to 49 pounds and standing or walking for up to 12 hours per shift.
