What you'll do
- Support, mentor, and motivate hourly employees while managing safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises.
- Collaborate with support teams, including Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources, to meet business objectives.
- Work shifts involving physical tasks and conditions such as lifting up to 49 pounds, standing or walking up to 12 hours, variable noise and temperatures, and frequent stair use where applicable.
