What you'll do
- Support, mentor, and motivate hourly employees while managing safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises.
- Collaborate with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources to develop plans for business objectives.
- Meet physical and work-environment demands, including lifting up to 49 pounds, standing or walking up to 12 hours, and working flexible shifts.
