What you'll do
- Support, mentor, and motivate hourly employees while managing safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises.
- Collaborate with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources to develop plans that meet business objectives.
- Work shifts that may involve lifting, frequent movement, extended standing or walking, variable noise and weather, and stair climbing where applicable.
