What you'll do
- Support, mentor, and motivate hourly employees while managing safety, quality, productivity, and delivery promises.
- Collaborate with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources to develop plans supporting business objectives.
- Meet the role’s physical and work-environment requirements, including lifting up to 49 pounds and standing or walking for up to 12 hours.
