What you'll do
- Support, mentor, and motivate hourly employees while managing safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises.
- Collaborate with support teams, including Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources, to meet business objectives.
- Work in physically demanding and variable conditions, including standing or walking for up to 12 hours per shift and lifting up to 49 pounds.
