Leads hourly operations teams to maintain safety, quality, attendance, productivity, and on-time customer delivery across an Amazon operations site.
What you'll do
- Support, mentor, and motivate hourly employees while managing safety, quality, productivity, and delivery commitments.
- Collaborate with support teams to develop plans that meet business objectives.
