Leads an hourly operations team to maintain safety, quality, productivity, attendance, and on-time customer deliveries across Amazon’s operations network.
What you'll do
- Support, mentor, and motivate hourly employees while managing safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises.
- Collaborate with support teams, including Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources, to meet business objectives.
- Work shifts involving physical tasks and conditions such as lifting, prolonged standing or walking, variable noise, and weather.
