Leads hourly operations teams to maintain safety, quality, productivity, and on-time customer deliveries across Amazon’s operations network.
What you'll do
- Support, mentor, and motivate hourly employees; manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery commitments.
- Collaborate with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources to develop plans for business objectives.
- Work in physically demanding and variable conditions, including lifting up to 49 pounds and standing or walking for up to 12 hours per shift.
